The inspection was an esamination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiatK>n safety and in comp'iance with the Nuclear Regu'atory Commiss on's (NRC) ru4s and reputations and the conditions of your license. The inspection cons sted of selective examinations of procedures and 19esentative records interviews with personnel, and tsbservations by the inspector. The findings as a result of this inspection are as f ollows:
