February 9, 1988 NOTE FOR PAUL 80BE, AE00 Attached is a copy of a letter from Kenneth Boley of Public Citizen to Joe Fouchard dated February 5 which was received in this office on February 8.
You will note that Public Citizen is planning for its annual nuclear power safety repcrt and is requesting a listing of all Licensee Event Reports, together with severity ratings, for calendar year 1987. Also note that Mr. Boley suggests that a complete listing may not be available at this time and requests a partial listing of whatever is available with the remainder of the data to be provided as soon as possible. Let me know what we can provide and in what time frame.
