Dear Mr. Cochran:
This supplements the letter dated June 20, 1978 from Daniel J. Donoghue which responded to your letter dated February 28, 1978 in which you requested a copy of all' records relating to the OIA/0GC report on.the Apollo testimony of the Executive Director for Operations which were not included in the three volumes of material released to the press and the Congress.
In my supplemental response of August 21, 1978 I advised you that additional documents subject to this request were still undergoing review.
These two documents are SECY 77-268 and SECY 77-268C.
For your information these two documents were addressed in NRC's response to you dated December 5,.1978, a copy of which is enclosed.
