(SERI) is pleased to host the next meeting of the Southeastern Utilities Emergency Planning Group on April 21-22, 1988. The meeting will be held in En?rgy Services Center Conference Room #1 at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station near Port Gibson, Mississippi (see enclosed maps). After sigring in at the security desk, you will be directed to the Conference Room.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Park Inn International (formerly Ramada Inn) in Vicksburg, MS. Advance reservation cards are provided for your convenience or you may wish to call (601) 638-5811.

Due to the distance from Jackson to Vicksburg and the Energy Services Center, transportation (Company van) to and from the motel / meeting and the airport will be provided. However, if you want to sightsee or spend extra time in the area you will need to rent a car.
