Dear Mr. Russell:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are an original and six copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Material License SNM-1977 which was issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on December 17, 1987.
This Application re que s t s an amendment to the material license which would authorize tne receipt of the nuclear fuel for the initio2 core of Limerick No 2.
The Application also re que s t s that the inventory requirements of Condition 14 of
.Licchse SNM-1977 be revised to conform to the inventory scnc%ule currently in ffect at Limerick Unit 1.
