Description of Change:*

Added two (2) 42" diameter manways and modified one (1) 24" diffuser port to provide access into the offshore diffuser of the Main Condenser Circulating Water Discharge System for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance purposes.

• NOTE:

This item revises the report of the same number (SM 86-055) previously reported under SNBC-1397 of December 4, 1987, for the reporting period January 1, 1986 through June 7, 1987.

The "Description of Change" is revised to show two (2) 42" diameter manways installed instead of four (4).

All other statements under SM 86-055 remain unchanged.
