As par our discussion, enclosed is a copy of the Federal Register notice as revised for publication. The revisions are nofi~substalitive, riamely:
(1) The elimination of designations of Enclosures A and B as such and
! placing these in proper sequence for publication; and (2) Inserting the "Conment due" date of February 12, 1979 on page 1 and the Chilk signature date of December 4,1978 on page 24.
The NUREG publication (NUREG-0499) requested by the Commission to be published concurrently with the Federal Reg ~ister notice notes that the

publication date of the _FP notice is Decembe7T(,1978.
