Dear Mr. Grandbouche:
We have completed our review of the Radiological and Engineering Assessment dated April 6,1988, for the commercial vicinity property ED-00706-0T located at City Sewage iagoon in Edgemont, South Dakota.
Based on our review, we conclus that the potential for long-term harm has been minimized to the extent practicable.
Therefore, we concur with the proposed remedial action for the vicinity property which includes the application of supplemental standards to the vicinity properties as authorized by Criterion C of 40 CFR 192.21.
