DPR-42 50 306 DPR-60 Unit 2 Inservice Inspection Summary Report Refueling Outage Number 12 Attached for your review are four copies of the report, "Inservice Inspection - Examination Summary, January 4, 1988 to Febraary 10, 1988, Refueling Outage Number 12, Inspection Period 2, Second Interval."
This is a summary of the examinations performed during the last re-fueling outage of Prairie Island Unit No. 2.
This report identifies the components examined, the examination methods used, and the examination number for inspections conducted during the refueling outage which was concluded on February 10, 1988.
This report is being submitted in accordance with the Prairie Island ASMS Code Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program.
As noted in that Program, subuittal of the attached summary report is intended to satisfy the inspection reporting requirements contained in IWA-6220 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
