(COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to General Electric Company.
The Commission (with all Commissioners concurring) has accepted your recommendation for export to Switzerland of a light water cooled and moderated boiling water reactor (962 ME(e)).
In connection with his concurrence Commissioner Gilinsky has requested that he be kept informed of the status of the US-Switzerland Agreement.
The Office of International Programs was informed of this action by telephone on November 20, 1978.
