This refers to the physical protection inspection, SNM in-transit, con-ducted by Mr. J. R. Creed, Ms. G. M. Christoffer and Ms. J. M. Cogburn of this office on October 16, 1978, and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. John Mangusi at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection included an examination of the implementation of the Tri-State Motor Transit Company ShH Security Transportation Plan No. 2 and Manual 2A for the protection of SNM. The inspection con-sisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, in-transit surveillance and observations by the inspectors.
No deviations from requirements, as stated in the Tri-State ShH Security Transportation Plan or Manual, were identified within the scope of this inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection concern a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.790 of the KRC's
" Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
Consequently, our report of this inspection (70-2416/78-01 and 70-2758/78-01) will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
