The Environmental Protection Agency has reviewed the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the SUNDESERT NUCLEAR PLANT.
Our review indicates that the final environmental statement adequately assesses the environmental impact of the proposed action and responds to the various concerns raised with respect to the draft statement.
Accordingly, EPA has no objection to proceeding with the proposed action as des-cribed.
