Please find enclosed ten copies each of Revisions 13,14 and 15 of the Of fsite Dose Calculation Manual for Catawba, McGuire and Oconee Nuclear Stations, respec-tively.

These ? visions include minor changes and do not reduce the accuracy or relia-bility of dose calculations or setpoint determinations. These revisions have been reviewed and approved by the appropriate station managers as indicated on the following cover sheets and are ef fective January 1,1987.

According to Technical Specification requirements, revisions to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual are to be submitted in the semi-annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. As a matter of convenience, we are submitting these revisions prior to submittal of ths Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the  ;

period January-June 1987. Please advise if there are questions concerning this matter.
