Gentlemen:
On June 16, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance report (NCR) dispositions.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable deficiency under 10CFR50.55(c).
Our latest interim report on this issue logged TXX-88241, was submitted on February 17, 1988.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report no i
later than June 15, 1988.
