COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 PIPE SUPPORT INSTALLATIONS SDAR: CP-86-63 (FINAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On October 16, 1986, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-6027 of a deficiency involving pipe support construction which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
Our last interim report was logged TXX-7111, dated December 18, 1987.
This is our final report on this issue.
The estimated completion date for corrective actions previously reported to you in TXX-6792 has been revised.
The completion date for Unit I will be commensurate with the schedule for the completion of the Post Construction Hardware Validation Program (PCHVP).
Records supporting our conclusions and corrective action implementation will be available for your inspectors review l
at that time.
Unit 2 inspections will be performed as part of the final inspections required for support certification, as noted in our report logged, TXX-6391, dated J
April 4, 1987.
