l In accordcnce with the reporting requirements of Connecticut Yankee Technical the following preliminary report 75-02/IP Specifications, Section 6.9.2.a.
concering the failure of a General Electric Cenpcay Terminal Block is hereby forwarded.
A General Electric Company terminal block in a aluminum box was tested at Franklin Institute to demonstrate the ability to perform under conservatively temperature and pressure with saturated steam estimated values of voltage, The Concral Electric Company Terminal Block failed during tbc test.
