References (a) and (b) submitted annual updates to the descriptions and technical evaluations of the Defueling Water Cleanup Systen (DWCS) and Defueling Canister Dewatering System (DS). Ue have conpleted our review of the revisions and determined that the major systen changes discussed have been revicwed and approved in previous correspondence. The conclusions of our previous safety evaluations regarding the systems' inpact on public health and safety are not altered. We therefore approve the Defueling Water Cleanup Systen Technical Evaluation Report revision 10 and the Systen Description for the Tlil-2 Defueling Canister Dewatering System revision 5.
