Dear Mr. Rouse:

The purpose of this letter is to confirm my conversation with Gary Comfort of your staff on June 21, 1988, in which it was agreed that the use of TLD neutron albedo dosimeters at potential criticality accident locations fulfills the post-accident dose determination equipment requirements of Section 8.6 of Appendix A to License SNM-960.

It was agreed that the types of equipment mentioned (e.g., foils, selfur pellets) were suggestions, not requirements.
