[g Washington, DC 220555
Dear Sirs,
I I think it to be quite a shame that such a powerful governmental commissien can be so manipulated by a few individuals to cause such confusion, delays and added expenses to all ratepayers of New England to be supplied by Seabrook Station.
The individuals comprising your commission have been appointed due to your expertise in the field to be capable of technical reviews and decision making. I feel it is high time to flush away the unsubstantiated issues and reveal the true facts about safety as it has been incorporated at Seabrook Station.
Seabrook Station being of all new construction with many excellent safety features two being; a double walled containment and highly trained staff through the use of a simulator, is extremely capable of controlling an unlikely event during full power yet alone low power testing.
Your proposed rule change should be passed and applied to Seabrook Station. The construction record of the plant and the excellent review by your commission warrant it.
Lets get this safely erected plant on line NOW to reduce investors expenses, keep electric rates low and prove to the public that Nuclear Power is safe, efficient, clean and the l
energy of the future United States of America.
l Sincerely yours, kh-Stf Robert W. Madea l
