Area Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of material unaccounted for and associated limit of error. The inspection involved 28 inspector-hours on site by one NRC inspector.

Results: Of the area inspected, one apparent item of noncompliance was identified (deficiency - failure to determine random error associated with elemental uranium concentration in uranyl nitrate solution from replicete sampling and measurement of process materials (78-08-01)).
