Revised Schedule for Implementation of Correctivo Actions On January 26, 1988, Portland Conceal Kloctric Company (PGE) provided a response to a Hotico of Violation In our responso to Violation B, we committed to submitting Revision 1 i,o the Inservico Test.ing (IST) Program (PCE-1048) to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (N"C) by February 15, 1988 and to implement a check valve test procedure by March 1, 1988.
The revision to the IST Program has been delayed duo in part to the evalu-ation of some additional chai.ges for helusion in the program.
Revision 1 to PCE-1048 will be submitted to the NRC by April 15, 1988.
The check valvo test proceduro has been prepared and submitted for manago-ment approval. The procedure was delayed while resolving some technical concerns.
The procedure will be in placo by March 31, 1988. The delay in revising the procedure will not impact the performance of the surveillance for the subject valves sinco the surveillance frequency is quarterly and the next survoillance test is scheduled for April 1988.
