t Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on August 9,1978, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with fiRC re9ulations and the conditions of your NRC License No. 25-12923-01 as indicated below:

1. Contrary to License Item 8.G., which authorizes a maximum possession of 150 microcuries of phosphorus-32 for use in laboratory studies of animals and plants, 25 millicuries was possessed in February 1976.

This is an infraction. '

2. Contrary to 10 CFR 19.11(a) or (b), neither the documents required by 10 CFR 19.ll(a), nor the notice required by 10 CFR 19.ll(b) were posted on August 9,1978.
