ULNRC-1798 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT REVISED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SECTION 6.0, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application for Amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.
An organization change has been announced which will become effective on July 1, 1988.
The changes impacting Callaway's Technical Specifications include the election of Mr. Donald F.
Schnell to Senior Vice President-Nuclear, the deletion of the position General Manager, Engineering (Nuclear) and the appointment of the Manager, Licensing and Fuels as the Chairman of the Nuclear Safety Review Board.
The current 3eneral Manager, Engineering (Nuclear), Mr. Robert J. Schukai, has been elected Vice President-Power Plants and will be responsible for the Company's fossil and hydro plants.
These changes provid e an improved division of executive responsibilities, assure nanagerial continuity, and reflect pending executive retirements within other corporate functions.
Reporting to Mr. Schnell are Garry L.
Randolph, General Manager, Nuclear Operations, William R. Campbell, Manager, Nuclear Engineering, Andrew P.
Neuhalfen, Manager, Quality Assurance, Alan C.
Passwater, Manager, Licensing and Fuels, and Joseph W.
Rinke, Manager, Nuclear Services.
Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4 provide the Proposed Technical Specification Changes, the Safety Evaluation, the Significant Hazard Evaluation, and the $150.00 application fee as required by 10CFR170.21.
The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and approved this dpG[
