l NRC-10-87-171 Modification No. 11 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the contract Statement of Work to incorporate funding to compensate the contractor for the performance of emergency maintenance services for the elevators at One White Flint North (OWFN).
The follcwinq changes are applicable:
A.
Paragraph C.3.(f),
"Etevator riaintenance", is revised to require the contractor to provide all labor and materials necessary tb perform the one-time maintenance services described below:
1.
Test, lubricate and adjust all elevator doors.
Perform complete cleandown of elevator hoistways, car tops and pits.
