DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 SEMIANNUAL MONITORING REPORT POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 Enclosed is the Semiannual Monitoring Report for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, for the period from July 1 through December 31, 1987.
This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 15.7.8.4.A and contains information regarding plant releases, solid waste shipments, new and spent fuel shipments, environmental monitoring, circulating water system operations, leak testing of sources, and other miscellaneous reportable items from this reporting period.
Three copies of this report are provided for your convenience.
We are also required by Technical Specification 15.7.8.4.A.6 to provide a description of changes to the PBNP Offsite Dose i
Calculation Manual (ODCM) which became effective during the reporting period.
Accordingly, three copies of the manual, as well as the description of changes, are provided for your use.

OFFSITE DOSE CALCULATION MANUAL SEPTEMBER 1987 The ODCM has been revised.
First, additional instruction has been added regarding the calculation of dose factors for radionuclides whose dose factor is not in either Regulatory Guide 1.109 or NUREG-0172.
In addition Tables 5-1 and 5-2 have been augmented so that both tables contain the same radio-nuclides.
Finally, minor additions provide additional references to data tables.
