ORDER APPOINTING ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBER After consultation with the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, it is hereby ORDERED

1. Judge David L. Hetrick is appointed Alternate Board Member for the purpose of assisting the Board on LILCO's Motion of July 14, 1987 for an increase of power to 25% at its Shoreham nuclear facility. Judge

power and whether Applicant's motion should be granted pursuant to the provisions of 10 C.F.R. 50.57(c).

. 3. Within 20 days following service of Judge Hetrick's report to the Board, any party may file exceptions to it. In accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.722(a)(3), Judge Hetrick's report is advisory only. The Board retains final authority with respect to this matter.
