Vermont Yankee is not interested in participating in ISAP II at this time; however, we are willing to review the results of utility participation in ISAP II and re-evaluate our position in the future.

DO YOU HAVE ANY POTENTIAL CONCERNS ABOUT PARTICIPATING IN ISAP II?
Potential concerns include the requirement for, and process associated with, licensing the integrated schedule, as well as the associated regula-tory implications and resources required to implement and maintain the program. The schedule delineated in Table I also appears to be very opti-eistic.
