Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. E. T. Shaub of your staff and Mr. G. A. Belisle of this office on December 3,1996, concerning a meeting requested by your staff which has been scheduled for December 18, 1996, from 1:00 p.m.
The puraose of this meeting is to discuss North Anna Performance. The location of t1e meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street, N.W., Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia, in the 31st Floor Conference Room (Room 3141).
This meeting is an open meeting per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
