This letter is to request renewal of Mr. Leslie Dean McDowe))'s Senior Reactor Operator License No. SOP 3230-3.
Mr. McDowell has been actively engaged, as a senior reactor operator, in the operation and naintenance of the Georgia Tech Reactor. He has performed these duties both competently and safely. A copy of his medical examination is encl osed.
