LOUIS!ANA'PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION BRIEFING ON THE REED REPORT for the past several months, OGC and NRR have been working with representatives of the Louisiana Public Service Commissien (LPSC) to provide information to the-Commissioners'of the LPSC on the Reed Report. The purpose of this memo is to document our request that an OGC staff member participate in a meeting with the LPSC. Specifically, we request that Ed Shomaker be made available to support a meeting with the LPSC on or around Feb uary 17, 1988. We anticipate that the j effort will include travel to the LPSC mffices in Baton Rouge, a presentation ~ on proprietary information and our basis for withholding the Reed Report l followed by a question and answer period.
