SUBJECT:
REVIEW OF CE's LICENSING REVIEW BASES DOCUMENT DATED 1/19/88 CEs' letter dated January 19, 1988, transmitted the proposed Licensing Review Bases (LRB) for the System 80+ CESSAR-DC design.
We noted this to the individual reviewers in my note of February 3, 1988. Since this document is a policy making issue, I am particularly bringing it to the Branch Chief's attention in order that they can factor in their comments along with the reviewers' concents. For the Branch Chief's convenience, I an enclosing a copy. For your information we have acted on one other LRB, the LRB for the ABWR by our letter dated August 7, 1987. We would like comments by Fe'aruary 28, 1988.
