Dear Mr. Julian:
Should a full hearing be scheduled pursuant to the above captioned matter, we urge the commission to hold such hearing in Franklin county.
We strongly believe that a hearing held outsido of Franklin County is not in the interest of the public which will be effected by the Commission's ruling. Most citizens and the local public officials who represent them do not havo the resourcos to travel to Washington to attend hearings. A process which practically excludes citizens is not a public process at all. We hope that the NRC will choose to invest in the public's trust in this process by making the hearings locally accessible.
