This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. A. Rice of l
your staff and Mr. L. Garner of this office on July 21, 1997, concerning a menagement meeting requested by this office which has been scheduled for August 18, 1997, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is l
to discuss your corrective action program and repetitive violations.
Following this meeting, a inanagement meeting requested by you has been scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The purpose of the second meeting is to discuss planned activities during your upcoming Fall Refueling Outage. The location of the meetings will be at 61 Forsyth 5treet, S. W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Room 24T25 on the 24th floor. These meetings are open meetings as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340).
