t THIS MODIFICATION REPLACES PREVIOUS MODIFICATION NO. 4 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under this contract.
Therefore the purpose of this modification is to decrease the contract amount and the amount obligated by the Commission, as follows:
Under Article III, entitled, "Consideration and Payment". Section A, "Estimated Cost and Obligation":
Paragraph 1, it is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract of $263,000.00 is reduced by $4,125.11 to $258.874.89.
