Application for Renewal of Certificate of Complian Number 5768, Docket 71-5768 The Westinghouse Electric Cb:poration hereby submits this application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance lhtmber 5768 for the BB-250-2 shipping package. Westinghouse intends to suhrait a consolidated application for this shipping package which would cover Westinghouse's shipping needs by April 30, 1988. In the interhn, Westinghouse requests that the expiration date for this package be extended to July 31, 1988 to allow sufficient time for processing the renewal application. The Mhk & Wilcox cernpany has indicated to Westinghouse that they do not intend to continue licensing support for this package and therefore Westinghouse intends to becme the primary license holder.
Attached is a check in the amount of $150.00 in payment of the fee specified in 10 Cal 70.31 for this renewal application.
