Enclosed are 4 copies of Revision "M" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision "M" consists of modifications to incorporate changes in photo-identification badge design, enhancements to the vehicle barrier system, enhancements in security equipment, a minor change in local law enforcement substation locations which does not effect response and clarification of regulatory basis for security audits.

In addition, Appendix "E" to the Physical Security Plan should be removed and destroyed as this temporary appendix is no longer required.
Both the enclosures to this letter and obsolete pages removed from the plan contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
