Dear Mr. Miraglia:

In our December 31, 1987 (GCA 87-803) response to the Maintenance Inspection conducted February 9 through February 13, 1987, the District identified the bolts as having been supplied by Westinghouse and the markings on the bolts indicating manufacture by Clark Brothers Bolt Company. Further investigation by Mr. Rich Stephani of Westinghouse resulted in ' locating the material certification for the 5/8" bolting. The certification (attached) identifies the manufacturer as:

Custom Bolt Manufacturing Company 3502 South Central P. O. Box 8340 Phoenix, Arizona 85040 Telephone: (602) 268-1431 Based on the attached Certificate of Compliance, the District's December 31, 1987 response to the subject Maintenance Inspection is amended to identify the manufacturer of the bolts as Custom Bolt Manufacturing Company rather than Clark Brothers Bolt Company.
