Modification No. 2, Task Order No. 215, entitled, " LICENSING COMPUTER CODE CATALOG" under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026
- The purpose of this modification is to add new work in accordance with the 1
attached S0W; increase the task order ceiling amount by $239,674.00, from
$153,393.00 to $393,067.00; increase the amount funded in the task order by l $200,000.00, from $153,393.00 to $353,393.00; and extend the period of performance from July 1, 1997 to October 31, 1997. Accordingly, the task
, order is hereby modified:
Second paragraph of the basic task order beginning with " Task Order No. 215 .
.. " is deleted and replaced with the following:
- " Task Order No. 215 shall be effective January 21, 1997 through l October 31, 1997. The total cost ceiling is $393,067.00, of which the amount of $375,460.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount j of $17,607.00 represents the fixed fee." -

$200,000.00. Accounting data for this Task Order Modification is as follows:

This amount l shall not be exceeded until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available. It is estimated that this obligated amount will cover performance of wnrk through October 21, 1997.
The issuance of this task order modification does not amend any others terms I
