During the course of evidentiary hearings held on January 11, 1988, I indicated that the NRC Staff had transmitted a letter to the Applicants on December 23, 19P7, requesting certain information which had been deleted from the "Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities" (Tr. 8422). I further read into the record a list of the information which was requested by the Staff (Tr. 8422-23).

! l he letter of December 23 does not indicate whether a copy was transmitted to each of the addressees on the Staff's service list.

Accordingly, I have this date telefaxed a copy of the subject letter to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office, and a copy is also being transrritted herewith to each of the addressees on the Staff's service list.
