Gentlemen:

On June 16, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance report (NCR) dispositions. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable deficiency under 10CFR50.55(e).

Our latest interim report on this issue logged TXX-6947, was submitted on November 17, 1987.

We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report no later than March 18, 1988.
