CP-87-85 (FINAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On September 3, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. H. S. Phillips of a deficiency involving the degradation of Class 1E circuits. Our latest report was logged TXX-7124, dated December 23, 1987.
This report is submitted to provide the corrective action completion schedule for this issue.
Corrective actions for Unit 1 are currently scheduled for completion prior to Unit 1 heatup.
Unit 2 corrective actions will be implemented prior to Unit 2 hot functional testing.
