By application dated Decerber 15, 1967 Arersham Corporation requested Certificate of Compliance No. 9133 be issued to them. Amersham Corporation prchased Garea Industries and will be respcnsible for the raintenance of the certificate, safety analysis report for the cask design and quality assurance records in accordance with 10 CFR 671.91(c). Anersham Corporation has been previously issued Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0040 under Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71.
