As requested by your appli:ation dated December 15, 1987, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9126 Revision No. 4 for the Model Nos. 20, 20A 50 and 50d shipping packages. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety Certificate of Compliance No. 9126, Revision No. 3, dated October 6, 1983.

Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.

Those on the attached list have been registered as users of these packages unfer the general license provisiens of 10 CFR 671.12 or 49 CFR 6173.471.

This approval constitutes authority to use these packages for shipment of radioactive material and for the packages to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 5173.471.
