Dear Sir or Madant On Sept. 18, 1986, there was a spill of Americium-241 in Building 4060' at Wright-Fatterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. There was another spill of Americtua-241 in the same building on Oct. 6, 1986.

We are hereby reguesting under the provisions of the Federal j

Freedom of Inf ormation Act all records related to these incidents, as well as to any Air Force personnel connected with them and/or with the cleanup of the spills. Further, we are roguesting all records I

related to how the Americium-241 got onto the base.
