Gentlemen:
This letter transmits Revision 0 of" Sample Identification for Tier 3 Process Review" for USNRC approval of the sample size. Approval is requested in accordance with Section 4.1 of the July 15,1997 USNRC letter that approves the Millstone Unit 2 ICAVP Audit Plan.
1 Parsons will proceed with identifying and selecting a sample based on the proposed sample size, as we believe changes to the proposed sample size can be accommodated as work proceeds.
