REVIEW OF REVISION 11 0F THE FERMI II PLANT'S EMERGENCY PLAN
Dear Mr. Gipson:
Revision 11 to only Section J of the Fermi II Plant's emergency plan was received in November 1994. We have reviewed this revision and determined that it is acceptable and does not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning.
Revision 11 incorporated population distribution statistics, based on 1990 census data, for the emergency planning zone (EPZ). The revision indicated that an updated EPZ evacuation time estimate study was completed in 1994.
Revision 11 deleted an unneeded and potentially confusing classification scheme for onsite personnel.
