Dear Ms. Joustra:

'Ihe room in which the flowitzer is contained is a concrete block room, approximately 10 ft by 10 ft by 8 feet, having no windows and with a steel windowless door with tamper proof hinges. There is one fire suppresion sprinkler within the room which is part of the building's fire suppresion system. Only the radiation safety officer, Paul N. Iloule, the University's safety officer, Roger liolcombe and the Campus police have keys. All of these individuals are fully aware of the howitzer's hazards.
