States Freedom of Information Act.
All of the documents that I am requesting pertain to the damaged TMI II reactor at Three Mile Island.
The documents requested are as follows:
1.
Documentation sent to NRC by licensee requesting

relief following the 1979 accident (i.e. from regulations regarding operating reactors to facilitate the clean up of the damaged TMI II reactory 2.
documents from the NRC to the licensee in response to the previous request (i.e., whatever document granted the relief requested);
3.
the regulation or amended regulation relative to the relaxation of standards to facilitate the clean up of the damaged l
