(SNC) hereby submits the Unit 2 Startup Test Report for Cycle 14. This report i

summarizes the startup testing performed on Unit.2 following the thirteenth refueling lw' outage. The report is required due to the first use, other than as lead uso assemblies, of GE13 fuel assemblies loaded for Cycle 14.

The tests' demonstrate the successful operation of the Plant E. I. Hatch Unit 2 reactor with

' the introduction of the gel 3 fuel.
