Transmitted recently under separate cover were 6 copies of Past I (rev.18) and Part 11 (rev.
- 25) of Siemens Power Corporation's (SPC's) emergency plan, "Siemens Power Corporation -
Nuclear Division Richland Engineering and Manufacturing Facility Emergency Plan," EMF-32.
The changes to Part I are updates to facility description, scenario descriptions, responsibilities, etc. and to Part il are updates of the people filling various response rolls as well as changing NRC Region V to Region IV and citing new 10 CFR 20 section numbers.
The revisions are denoted by vertical lines in the left margins.
